EnjI thought you may enjoy the latest acquisition for my collection.
The watch in question has been in hiding in a safe for the last 60 years i suspect which explains the condition.. the dial is perfect and the case really clean ... it needs a service but runs fine ,,,probably has not been serviced for awhile
The watch was taken by a us serviceman on Okinawa in March !945 from a Japanese pilot that was captured in an aborted air raid... i have a copy of his service record and pictures of him and his engineer battalion... The dates match to the events in question
The movement number as you can see is number 5
